Donna Harrell McPherson

James E. "Lannie" Richardson
Mr. Richardson is the Chief Executive Officer of CCI. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and later earned his MBA from Pepperdine University. Mr. Richardson has served CCI as CEO for 15 years and has worked in healthcare in many capacities in the past 43 years. His career began as a Medicare Auditor, which led to serving as a hospital CFO, and eventually to a hospital CEO. Mr. Richardson also served the healthcare industry as a consultant in financial consulting, regulatory matters and also in turnaround situations. In partnership with Donna McPherson, the Chairwoman of CCI, and Nicole Howard, COO/CFO, he has seen CCI grow in post-acute care over the years and diversify into complimentary lines of businesses.

Dennis Simoneaux
Dennis Simoneaux is the President and Chief Operating Officer of PHS, managing the day-to-day operations of the company across 13 states. Mr. Simoneaux has been in the healthcare industry for 32 years. He joined PHS in 2012 as Corporate Director of Business Development and has served in the capacity of President and COO since November of 2014. Mr. Simoneaux was an Executive Director for the LHC Group, one of the nation’s largest and most well-respected home health companies. Mr. Simoneaux is also a veteran of the pharmaceutical industry, having held various marketing and leadership positions over 21 years. Mr. Simoneaux has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, and has completed more than 30 hours of post-graduate studies in management at the University of New Orleans and in law at Louisiana State University Law School.

Cathy Newhouse
Cathy Newhouse is the Chief Executive Officer of Hospice Home Care, Inc., a subsidiary of CCI, where she brings more than 25 years of clinical and business development experience in the healthcare industry. Ms. Newhouse spent more than 18 years in executive level management roles before taking the helm at Hospice for CCI across Arkansas and Mississippi. She comes to CCI after previously serving as President at Newhouse and Associates, LLC where she consulted for healthcare providers seeking innovative solutions for care transitions and the post-acute continuum. Ms. Newhouse was the Chief Growth Officer and Senior Vice President of Clinical Program Development and Innovation for LHC Group in Louisiana where she created strategy and training programs to develop a sales force of more than 350 associates into a team that achieved the highest organic top-line growth in company history across all company divisions. In her career Ms. Newhouse has visited more than 400 healthcare communities nationwide, giving her a comprehensive look at what leads to success and best methods for collaboration between hospitals, physicians and the community care continuum. Ms. Newhouse earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in management from Nazareth College in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and is a Certified Nursing Administrator with the American Nurses Association. She also maintains memberships in a bevy of professional organizations including: Home Health Quality Improvement Campaign, Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation, American Nurses Association, American Association of House Call Physicians, National Association Home Care/Hospice.

Bob Richardson
Bob Richardson is the Chief Compliance Officer of CCI. He graduated from Northeast Louisiana University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems. In addition, he serves CCI in the role as HIPAA Security Officer and has worked in a variety of settings related to project management, system development, and compliance. Bob came to CCI with 16 years of healthcare and technology experience, including serving as the Business Application Software Manager at Acadian Ambulance. He was responsible for software developers who implemented, maintained, and developed software solutions to meet the needs of the company. He also worked for CLECO Corporation as a Systems Analyst implementing and supporting a variety of software solutions.

Jessica Lamartiniere
Jessica Lamartiniere has been with CCI for 10 years. Mrs. Lamartiniere oversees all human resource and legal functions. Mrs. Lamartiniere has a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University as well as an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.
